Looks like the barn that now houses the Water Dep’t. to the north of city hall & on the left where god placed the heart in our hueman body.

Philip guessed right! It’s the Water Department Building adjacent to City Hall. If you ever get moment, check out the building — it has some wonderful details that were preserved during its restoration.
